La recette

– Grate the ginger
– Dice the beet
– Place the ginger, agave syrup, beetroot and 12.5cl of plant milk in a blender.
– Mixer
– Add the remaining milk
– Mix again
– Add a tablespoon of Emile Noël Omega 3&6 oil.
– Blend once more to obtain the desired texture.
– Serve in a tall glass
