La recette

-Rehydrate your rice noodles in hot water.
-Chop the spring onion and shallot, and cut the bell pepper and fennel into fine pieces.
-Sauté the vegetables in sesame oil, followed by the tofu.
-Add the rice noodles and stir.
-Drizzle with a little tamari and season to taste.
-Once the dish is served, sprinkle it with chopped coriander, crushed peanuts, toasted sesame seeds and lime zest, the little touches that make it all come together.
