INGREDIENTS
- Ripe plantains
- Salt
- Emile Noël deodorized frying oil
PREPARATION
– Heat the frying oil in a large frying pan.
– Meanwhile, peel and slice or dice your bananas (as you prefer).
– Put them in a bowl and add salt.
– Mix everything together, then plunge them into the hot oil (but not too much, so they don’t burn).
– Once they are nicely colored on one side, turn them over.
– Enjoy with a spicy homemade tomato sauce.
