  • 400 g wok vegetables
  • 200 g shrimps
  • 100 g soba noodles

La recette

– Place the vegetables in a wok, defrost and wait for the water to run out.
– Add the toasted sesame oil and shrimp and sauté.
– Meanwhile, cook the soba noodles (the time indicated on the packet is usually 3 minutes).
– Drain in a colander.
– When the shrimp are cooked, place the noodles in the wok and add the soy sauce. Cook for a further 2 minutes over high heat.
– Arrange on plates and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
