  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 75 g blond sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. teaspoon salt

Apple crumble

La recette

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and Equilhuil in a bowl. Mix well with a fork.

Peel the apples Cut the apples into quarters, remove the core and cut into pieces.

Place the pieces in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble over them.

Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes, until the apples are tender and the top is golden-brown. Keep an eye on it from time to time to make sure it doesn’t color too quickly; if it does, cover with a sheet of parchment paper.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
