Mushroom bruschetta

  • Gently wash and slice the mushrooms.

    Heat 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil in a large, heavy-bottomed frying pan over medium heat.
    Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring regularly, for 15 minutes.
    Add salt, thyme leaves and balsamic vinegar.
    Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Book now.
  • In another pan, toast the bread slices brushed with the remaining oil.

    About 2 minutes on each side.
    Rub each slice of toast with the peeled garlic clove.
  • Spread the mushrooms in balsamic vinegar over the slices of bread. Serve with a crisp green salad.
