  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 30cl oat milk
  • 20cl coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Strawberries

Strawberry waffles with coconut oil

La recette

– Weigh out 80 g Emile Noël Sao Tomé virgin coconut oil and melt (in a bain-marie, saucepan or microwave).
– In a bowl, whisk 2 large eggs with 30g sugar.
– Gradually stir in 250 g wheat flour + 1 teaspoon baking powder and 30 cl oat milk.
– Stir in the 80g of melted Emile Noël Sao Tomé coconut oil.
– Leave to stand for 1 hour.
– Cook for 3 to 4 minutes in a hot waffle iron.
– In a chilled bowl, pour 20 cl very cold coconut cream + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. Whip to a chantilly
– Garnish with coconut chantilly and strawberries.
